Movy Account and Data Deletion Request

Movy (operated by Beflex Inc.) honors user requests to delete accounts and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion in either of the following ways:

Option A — In-app:

Go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account

Option B — Email:

Send "Movy Account Deletion Request" to contact@beflex.co

(Please include the email address used to sign up)

Data Deleted Immediately

- Account information (email, profile)

- Workout records and activity data

- Connected device information

[Data Retained for a Limited Period]

- Payment receipts: retained for 5 years as required by e-commerce law

- Anonymized analytics logs: automatically deleted after 90 days

Processing time: within 30 days from the request date
